What is a Resource Centre?
A Resource Centre is a friendly local community centre equipped with high tech facilities for community and visitors use. There are over 100 Community Resource Centres throughout the State. The Waroona Community Resource Centre has computers with internet facilities, two-way videoconferencing, colour photocopier, fax machine, printers, scanner, laminators, binder and more.

Medicare
The Centre is an agent for Medicare.
Through the booth in our centre you can lodge your accounts for a refund from Medicare and speak with a Medicare consultant via the phone.
This facility is free.
(Please note there are no Medicare staff available on the premises.)
Centrelink
The Waroona Resource Centre is a Centrelink Access Point
We have Centrelink forms and booklets available for pickpup. You can also phone Centrelink’s various departments directly, and fax forms to them. These services are free of charge. Our staff are also authorised to authenticate original document copies for Centrelink submission.
(Please note there are no Centrelink staff on the premises.)
Challenger Institute of Technology
We are an access point for training and support services. At the Access Centre you can:

Discover the training options available to you through Flexible Learning or e-Training
Complete an enrolment
Ask questions about TAFE in general
